The Role

Reporting to the Head of Innovations you are tasked to drive change within the organisation by leading the operational project management and execution of site based activities in delivering the NPD pipeline and other related change projects within the sector of the business. You will own the future development and evolution of the division across the manufacturing footprint. You will ensure all site KPI’s and standards, product, packaging and project requirements are met with respect to design and commissioning of equipment, ensuring the equipment suppliers have clear specifications and deliver against expectations of the project and site teams. In essence you will develop a rolling system of projects throughout all the stages of the life cycle and conduct regular feedback sessions to the Leadership Team with action plans for improvement.


The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have a demonstrable track record from of working within the development arena of a fast paced FMCG Food arena (knowledge of chilled food ideally though not pre-requisite). The ideal candidate will have a good blend of experience from blue sky to range extensions and possess the practical ability and influencing skills to take bench and pilot plant development into main stream production. We are looking for an individual who also has a solid grasp of process transfer experience under-pinned with a deep knowledge of all corporate and legislative requirements pertaining to the food industry
