Location: France
Salary: € 50,000 - € 60,000 per annum plus accommodation and vehicle

An Equestrian Centre Manager is required for an international organisation based in France, south east of Paris. The site is a privately owned 60 horse-box equestrian centre linked to another estate 15 kilometres away. Under the control of the General Manager the owners are looking for someone to manage the centre.

Applications from suitably experienced ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged

Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for:

• Supervision of the stables, in direct liaison with the head of the stable to ensure daily care of the horses, cleanliness of the horse boxes, litter, food, grooming, basic veterinary interventions.

• Supervising and allocating the daily tasking of other employees on the estate.

• Organising and supervising all administrative arrangements for the visiting equestrian teams including their participation in competitions throughout France and other European countries.

• Ordering and verifying the delivery of all the materials.

• General administration in particular keeping of accounts and records linked to the horses.

• Variety of other tasks conversant with running such an establishment..

Key Experience
• Fluency in French is essential
• Understanding and experience of equestrian sports
• Experience of managing people and property
• Experience of managing accounts
• Strong Leadership qualities
• Flexibility

Salary: € 50,000 - € 60,000 per annum plus accommodation and vehicle
