| Description |
Eden Scott's client is looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Project Engineer.
" Must have experience with S-Lay project execution and S-lay operations including pipe lay, initiation, abandonment, tie-in, shore pull and pull-in operations
" Should also be familiar with lay of flexible pipe, umbilical and all associated activities, load out, trans-spooling, pressure testing etc
" This is a client facing role so the incumbent should have experience in this area and/or be confident at this
" Job spec however attached for further guidance
" The successful candidate will be required to be placed in Moscow on a rotation for the duration of the project between Jan 2012 - Nov 2012
" Responsible for all engineering activities associated with the Project, which shall be reviewed and approved accordingly. This also includes, but is not limited to, documentation such as specifications, procedures, calculations, reports, drawings, etc.
" Responsible and accountable for remaining within design budget (man hours and materials) and other design targets of optimising final cost and schedule to assigned workscope.
" Responsible for ensuring all items are designed, manufacture, assembled and commissioned are fit for purpose.
" Identify and supervise all technical resources needed to complete assigned workscope. Assign and co-ordinate scopes of work, review work done and ensure each resource stays within assigned schedule and cost targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
" University or College Engineering education to BSc/BEng or equivalent and/or engineering industry training.
" Previous professional experience with relevant Diving, Remote Systems Engineering or Subsea Construction background.
" Possession of current UK Oil & Gas, Norwegian Medical certificates.
Possession of current OPITO and OLF Survival certificates. |
