| Description |
In this role you will manage 4-5 senior project managers taking responsibility for £8m of projects. It is essential that you have worked at a similar level previously and be happy to manage schemes from the South Coast up to North London within the commercial, education and leisure sectors.
You must have a sound technical knowledge of mechanical building services including HNC (or above) qualification and able to demonstrate good people skills, flexibility and being adaptable to change as well as a problem solver with excellent customer focus.
