| Description |
In this role you will oversee several contracts within the West Midlands region ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, service delivery and profitability while you'll also be expected to quote for and deliver additional works.
You must have a M&E maintenance background gained in commercial buildings and shopping centres coupled with staff management skills and commercial viewpoint. It is essential that you have a driving license and your package will include company car, pension and bonus giving a total package value of c£45000.
