| Description |
Working from the Leeds office you will be engaged on a range of major refurbishment and new build schemes within the Yorkshire region.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing tender responses, project planning and delivery including full P&L ownership and sub-contractor management.
This position is ideal for someone who is working as a Contract Engineer and ready for the next level of responsibility or an existing Project Manager frustrated in their present role.
It is expected that you will be HNC qualified in mechanical building services or a related discipline and it is essential that you are either based in Yorkshire or state your reasons for seeking relocation to the area.
