Our client provides quantity surveying, engineering and dispute resolution consultancy services to the construction, petro-chemical, nuclear and rail industries. A unique opportunity has now arisen for a Regional Commercial Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

As the Regional Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our client’s Abu Dhabi regional business.



You will be accountable for the P&L account, managing project accounts and producing a business plan for the Abu Dhabi business. You will also develop a growth plan for the team.



You duties will also include:



- Directing the recruitment and development of new employees

- Providing necessary training for staff to achieve or exceed project objectives

- Supporting cross-business mobility and deployment of employees

- Developing business through key contacts



To be considered for this position, you must have:



- A proven track record of commercial management, preferably in the Middle East

- Experience of managing a team

- Experience of understanding major project requirements and advising clients on overall project costs

- A degree and a business and/or management qualification



As a Regional Commercial Manager, you must have excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. The ability to quickly build rapport and good working relationships is also key.
