My client is a market-leader in the industrial refrigeration industry and they have an exciting new opportunity in the Midlands. This is a newly created position due to the ongoing success and expansion of the business in the UK.
They are looking for a Service Manager to join their Industrial Refrigeration division in the region. The position will involve working closely with the Service Sales team and you will be responsible for growing both the team and the customer base. You will be expected to identify and convert business development opportunities as well as manage a team of industrial refrigeration technicians.
They are looking for somebody with extensive experience working within the Industrial Refrigeration industry – ideally with customer contacts already. They really need an entrepreneurial individual who will take the current customer base and business to the next level. An ideal candidate would be somebody already working as a Service or Branch Manager within the industrial refrigeration industry.
The package on offer is negotiable depending upon experience but will be in the region of £40 - £45k. An excellent benefits package is also provided which includes a company car, healthcare, health insurance, pension, and ongoing training and career development.
