Description: Our client is a UK based consultany offering M&E QS and Cost Management Services to a variety of contractor clients working in various sectors of construction and engineering.
They have acquried work in the Hampshire area and now require 2 M&E Quantity Surveyors to work on a Hotel Project for around 8 months.
This opportunity can lead to a permanent role and is likely to lead to other contracts of this type.
Requirements:
- Ideally qualified with Degree or HND in Building Services
- M&E Quantity Surveyor background preferably from Sub/Main Contractor path.
- Experience of tools/hands on mechanical or electrical role prior to QS career ideal
- Experience of Built Environment Projects would be ideal: schools, hotels, residential etc
- NEC Contracts experience
- Valuations
