Description: 3 Gas qualified plumbers are required for the servicing/repairs team for a Large Housing Association based in March Cambridgeshire.
RATES:
£10.67 p.hour. PAYE or 12.74 LTD. Basic CRB required. or disclosure
Please note you MUST have a CRB/Disclosure in place.
Duties:
To carry out general maintenance and associated works both internal and external to dwellings, offices and other buildings.
Work as part of the team to provide a high quality repairs service to residents.
To carry out specialist maintenance work in plumbing and at least one of the following trade areas, bricklaying, plastering, tiling, carpentry,
Trace, diagnose and rectify faults ensuring premises are left in secure, safe and serviceable condition.
