Description: Our local and fast paced, forward thinking client is looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor to join their company.
The work will be carried out on the 6:00am to 2:00pm shift.
The ideal candidate will be working as part of a team reporting to the shift manager and supervising 8 people.
The key areas of the role in terms of responsibilites and objectives will be to manage the team through a set of KPI targets. The immediate requirements will be to build, develop and multiskill the team in order to become much more adaptable and flexible and be able to react to the challenges ahead.
