My Fareham based client is currently recruiting for an experienced Test Team Leader to lead a team of test engineers carrying out mechanical testing processes.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead the team of test engineers, manage engineering resource, oversee the design and development of mechanical jigs and fixtures and support customers with advice and technical support.
You will also be involved in conducting testing yourself, report writing and ensuring that planned preventative maintenance and calibration is carried out on the test equipment.
Additionally you will involved in developing new services to be offered to customers.
