Description: Primary Purpose and Scope of the Job:
1. To be responsible for the successful delivery of the Council’s Gas Servicing, Gas Repair/Maintenance, Gas emergency breakdown & Void Gas works.
2. To be responsible for the successful delivery of the Council’s central heating installation programme, including the management of improvement scheme’s involving new technology in this service area.
3. To be responsible for delivery of the Council’s planned capital investment projects for heating and hot water systems, including any associated renewable energy requirements or initiatives to ensure the delivery of the Affordable Warmth Strategy.
