Description: Job Purpose
To lead the technicians on the workshop floor, management and delegation of day to day operations, adhering to and promoting safe working practices and ensuring a high quality of customer service to our customers.
Key Accountabilities:
Workshop
Oversee and liaise with the Operations Manager and Reception at all times regarding status updates, breakdowns, repairs and any new work that may be required
Check daily that all time sheets have been handed in at the end of each day’s shift, where applicable
Report any extra chargeable defects found by the technician as a result from the inspection to the receptionist in order to gain authorisation
Ensure the chargeable defects authorisation process has been fully managed, including warranty repairs
